I haven’t been on top of my blog lately as much as I’d like to be… I’ve been fairly tied up with my day to day activities over at www.thoughtmedia.com. In addition to that I’ve been getting more and more involved in health and fitness video blogging on my YouTube channel. I wanted to take a moment to extend a THANK YOU to all new subscribers to my channel, or newsletter 🙂
My goal has been to open up a conversation, a narrative if you will… one where we discuss everything from Health and Fitness, to the daily advancements in technology and internet. Why these focal topics? It’s simple, health is my number one priority and I believe it to be the priority of many many others. Technology and Internet are among the fastest growing global industries and impact absolutely everyone on earth; be it through social media, or advancements in sustainable/renewable energy.
On my channel I discuss the importance of dieting, being healthy, staying active, and above all keeping a positive outlook on life while doing everything in your power to be the absolute best version of YOU that you can be (making “Optimal Decisions“). I also plan on showing more training content whereby I’ll be shooting more videos with a GoPro Hero Camera which I just picked up the other day. Aside from that you can expect a new version of my website (adamevans.ca) to be coming very soon! The new website will have updated photos from a staff photoshoot (which I’ll be attending in early Nov) and will be focused more on regular content delivery with multiple articles posted weekly.
